Products
How can I find my size?
Our products vary depending on the style and cut, each product page should show you their size guide though. So be sure to take a look around, find something you like and double-check the guide before purchasing. But don't worry, if it still isn't quite right, you can always return it within 14 days!
What materials are your clothes made from?
Currently we use both Cotton and Rayon, depending on the exact piece. The options are great for lightness and comfort and suit our style perfectly.
What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?
Yep, this sucks when it happens. The best thing is to enter your details to be reminded when it is back in stock. We are a small boutique fashion label and we don't do "fast-fashion", so bear in mind that a style may not come back for months at a time.
Do your dresses have pockets?
Yes! Our founder and designer, Adele, has always believed that pockets are an essential piece of any dress. So all our current dresses have them and chances are they always will!
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal and Afterpay. If there's a payment method you really need to use, then please don't hesitate to contact us on socials or email at hello@houseofaya.com.au and we will see what we can do.
Shipping & Delievery
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We want to offer our products anywhere people will enjoy them. Products all ship from Australia, so shipping times and costs can vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
As you can imagine, this can vary a bit. All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of your order being processed. From here delivery times for most metro areas are 3-5 days using standard delivery. If you are in rural or just more outskirts areas, then we tend to see it take about 7-10 days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Every order is provided with a tracking number, so you know exactly where things are until it arrives in your lap.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. This is 14 days from arriving at your location, not the order dates. We get sometimes, life is busy, so we want to ensure you have ample time from actually receiving it to decide.
